राजा के आचरण, गौ और शिक्षा का राष्ट्र निर्माण मे महत्व
6 त्रैवृष्ण्याष्ययरुण:,पौरुकुत्सस्त्रसदस्यु:, भारतोश्वमेधश्च राजान: ।
अग्नि:, 6 इन्द्राग्नी। त्रिष्टुप्, 4-6 अनुष्टुप्।
ऋषि: = 1. त्रैवृष्णा:= जिस के उपदेश तीनों  मन शरीर व आत्मा के सुखों को शक्तिशाली बनाते  हैं
            2. त्र्यरुण:= वह तीन जो  मन शरीर व आत्मा के सुखों को प्राप्त कराते हैं
            3.पौरुकुत्स त्रसदस्य: = जो राजा सज्जनों का पालक व तीन (दुराचारी,भ्रष्ट , समाज द्रोही)
              दस्युओं को दूर करने वाला
            4. राजान भारतो अश्वमेध: ;
                भारतो  राजान:  - राजा जो स्वयं की यज्ञमय आदर्श जीवनशैलि  से प्रजा को भी यज्ञीय
                मनोवृत्ति वाला बना कर राष्ट्र का उत्तम भरण करता है .
               अश्वमेध: - अश्व- ऊर्जा  और मेधा- यथा योग्य मनन युक्त आत्म ज्ञान को धारण करने वाली परम बुद्धि  
 
            इन्द्राग्नी = इन्द्राग्नि: = उत्साह और ऊर्जा से  पूर्ण सदैव अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने मे विजयी व्यक्ति  Have fire in their belly to be ultimate Doers

COWS’ role in Vision for Nation

1. अनस्वन्ता सत्पतिर्मामहे मे गावा चेतिष्ठो असुरो मघोन: ।
त्रैवृष्णो अग्ने दशभि: सहस्रैर्वैश्वानर ष्ययरुणश्चिकेत ।।RV5.27.1
(सत्पति: ) सज्जनों के पालन के लिए भूत  काल की उपलब्धियों के अनुभव के आधार पर  वर्तमान और भविष्य के लिए (तीनों काल )(त्रैवृष्ण:)में शरीर, मन, बुद्धि  तीनों को  शक्तिशाली बनाने वाली (असुरो मघोन:) ऐश्वर्यशाली प्राण ( जीवन शैलि ) को  (त्र्यरुण:) शरीर , मन और बुद्धि  के लिए ज्ञान ,कर्म और उपासना द्वारा  (दशभि: सहस्रैर्वैश्वानर) समस्त प्रजा की प्रवृत्तियों की  धर्म अर्थ और काम की उन्नति के लिए (अनस्वन्ता) उत्तम वाहनों से युक्त , (गावा चेतिष्ठ:) गौओं द्वारा प्राप्त उत्तम चेतना द्वारा (मामहे) उपलब्ध कराओ.
Current and Future planning should be based on experience of past working results, to obtain excellent Health, Mentality and Intellect in the nation to provide for a prosperous life style. Such a nation is self motivated in following the path of righteous behavior, charitable disposition and God loving conduct in their daily life.
Among other things excellent infrastructure of communication, transport should be provided.
Excellent cows should be ensured to build physically healthy, peaceful and high intellectual society.

2. 2.यो मे शता च विंशतिं च गोनां हरी च युक्ता सुधुरा ददाति ।
वैश्वानर सुष्टुतो वावृधानोऽग्ने यच्छ त्र्युरुणाय शर्म ।। RV 5.27.2
3. (वैश्वानर) धर्म अर्थ और काम को प्राप्त कराने वाली ऊर्जा और (वावृधान: अग्नि:) निरन्तर प्रगति देने वाले यज्ञ (त्र्यरुणाय) शरीर, मन और बुद्धि  के लिए सेंकड़ों गौओं और  बीसियों  उत्तम शकटों से (हरी:) जितेंद्रिय पुरुषों से –भौतिक साधनों और श्रेष्ठ समाज से  युक्त हो कर  (शर्म यच्छ) विश्व का कल्याण  प्राप्त करो
4. Urge for continuous strong positive motivation based activities in individuals creates a prosperous, peace loving, healthy, self disciplined sustainable society with hundreds of cows and dozens of carts loaded with green fodder for cows for  organic food, and good infrastructure base. Nation provided with such infrastructure has a society that is rich in physical resources, and  has well behaved people for welfare of the world.

    3. एवा ते अग्ने सुमतिं चकानो नविष्ठाय नवमं त्रसदस्यु: ।
     यो मे गिरस्तुविजातस्य पूर्वीर्युक्तेनाभि ष्ययरुणो गृणाति ।।RV 5.27.3
तेजस्वी विद्वान प्रकृति के विधान और अनुभव से प्राप्त ज्ञान के उपदेशों की कामना करता हुआ सब वासनाओं से मुक्त समाज के निर्माण द्वारा भविष्य के लिए उत्तम नवीन समाज की  आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ती और  तीनो प्रकार तम , मन और आत्मा से सुखी समाज का निर्माण करता है और सब से ऐसी विचार धारा का सम्मान करने को कहता है.
Bright enlightened intellectual leadership seeks guidance from Nature the environment friendly and traditional empirical wisdom to build a hedonism free culture for the growing needs and aspirations of future generations. By honoring and propagating such wisdom only an ideal and happy society is evolved.

  4. यो म इति प्रवोचत्यश्वमेधाय सूरये ।
दददृचा सनिं यते ददन्मेधामृतायते ।।RV 5.27.4
(राजा का दायित्व है कि ) जो विद्वद्जन (राष्ट्र की उन्नति के लिए) समाज में ऊर्जा (भौतिक और आत्मबल ) के विस्तार और सत्य असत्य के निर्णय करने मे समाज को सक्षम  करने के वेद विद्यानुसार उपदेश करते  हैं,उन को सम्माननीय पद दे  और उन का सत्कार करे.
For growth of the nation it is responsibility of King recognize, honor and promote intelligent teachers that develop the society by educating it in growth conservation of physical energies and their mental energies, with ability to discern truth from untruth.

4. 5. यस्य मा परुषा: शतमुध्दर्षयन्त्युक्षण: ।
अश्वमेधस्य दाना: सोमा इव त्र्याशिर: ।। RV5.27.5
5. (यस्य मा शतम्‌ उक्षण: परुषा:) जो मेरे लिए , सेंकड़ो क्रोध  से  रहित सधे हुए वीर्य सेचन में समर्थ उत्तम वृषभ और  कठिन परिश्रम साध्य बैल, (त्रयाशिर:)   तीनों - बालक,  युवा, वृद्ध तीनों प्रजाजनों  के लिए - राष्ट्र में (अश्वमेध-ऊर्जा और मेधा)  -  तीनों  वसु (भौतिक सुख के साधन) रुद्र रोगादि से मुक्त,आदित्य सौर ऊर्जा के द्वारा, तीनों दूध,दही और अन्न  (सोमा: इव) श्रेष्ठ मानसिकता  तीन प्रकार से  शरीर को नीरोग,मन को निर्मल बुद्धि को तीव्र बनाते और (दाना:)इन दानों से  (उद्धर्ष्यन्ति ) उत्कृष्ट उल्लास का कारण बनते हैं .    
 Bulls that have excellent breeding soundness for providing excellent cows and oxen that are strong and mild mannered to provide power to the nation
Provide excellent health nutrition and intellect to all the three ie.  Infants youth and old persons with three bounties of happiness ie. Healthy environments, cheerfulness and solar energy by the three items of cows milk, curds and organic food to provide the three bounties of healthy disease free life, positive attitudes in life and sharp intellect to spread happiness all round.


6. इन्द्राग्नी शतदाव्न्यश्वमेधे सुवीर्यम् ।
क्षत्रं धारयतं बृहद् दिवि सूर्यमिवाजरम् ।।RV 5.27.6
उत्साह और ऊर्जा से  पूर्ण सदैव अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने मे विजयी,  योग्य मनन युक्त आत्मज्ञान  को धारण करने वाली परम बुद्धि से युक्त समाज,  असङ्ख्य पदार्थों से सूर्य के सदृश उत्तम पराक्रम तथा बलयुक्त  नाश से रहित महान राष्ट्र का निर्माण होता है.
Thus is created  a Nation that is strong to protect itself from all destructive internal and external enemies, where the society consists of a prosperous , self motivated well behaved intelligent people.

Atharv Veda 5/18.  

1.  नैतां ते देवा अददुस्तुभ्यं नृपते अत्तवे !

मा ब्राह्मणस्य राजन्य गां जिघित्सो जनाद्याम् !! अथर्व 5/18/1

(नृपते!) हे राजा (ते  देवा:) उन प्रसिद्ध देवताओं ने (एतां) विद्वत्जनों के परामर्ष अथवा मूक गौ माता (तुभ्यं) तुझे (अत्तवे) खा डालने के लिए (न अददु:) नहीं दी थी । इस लिए (राजन्य) हे क्षत्र- शक्ति युक्त राजा! तू (ब्राह्मणस्य ) ब्राह्ममण की कभी (अनाद्यां) कभी न खाने योग्य या कभी भी न खा जा सकने वाली (गां) इस विद्वानों  –प्रजा की वाणी   अथवा गौ का (मा जिघत्स) हिंसा खातमा कर डालने  की इच्छा मत कर ।    

O King the wise counsel by the learned has not been given to you be treated like fodder. Hence do not ever desire to use your brute force to kill the voice of the people and destroy the cows.

अक्षद्रुग्धो राजन्य: पाप आत्मप्राजित: !

सा ब्राह्मणस्य गामद्यादद्य जीवानि मा श्व: !! अथर्व 5/18/2

 स्वार्थान्ध  जुआरी न्यायोचित कार्य न कर के जन विद्वेष करने वाला  राजा पाप करता है. अपनी करनी से आप पराजित हो जाता है.

 आज तो उसका है.कल उस का नहीं है.

Kings/Rulers overpowered by their personal desires, who ignore the wise counsel by the learned are self defeated, they may have the present but they have no future.

आविष्टिताघविषा पृदाकूरिव चर्मणा !

सा ब्राह्मनस्य राजन्य तृष्टैषा गौरनाद्या !! अथर्व 5/18/3 ऐसे राज्ञ में विषधारी सांप बिच्छू (असामाजिक असंतुष्ट माओ वादी, अलगाव वादी जैसे तत्व) एक चमडे की थैली जैसे में इकट्ठे होते रहते हैं (छिपे रहते हैं , अवसर पा कर बाहर निकलते रहते हैं, उपद्रव मचाते हैं परंतु अदृश्य  रहने के कारण कभी पकडाई  में नहीं आते.)

Such wise counsel ignored is like deadly poisonous reptiles in a leather pouch. These reptiles are blood thirsty, and once they start escaping due to hunger , from their hideouts they are impossible to hunt down.

(Can we not see the  failures of our Indian rulers in proper handling of problems of deprived tribal people and the present ‘Naxalite’and other seperatist movements ?)

निर्वै क्षत्रं नयति हन्ति वर्चोSग्निरिवारब्धो वि दुनोति सर्वम् !

यो ब्राह्मणं मन्यते अन्नमेव सा विषस्य पिबति तैमातस्य !! अथर्व 5/18/4

जनता की आवाज़ को  शस्त्र  शक्ति  से दमन करने वाला राजा जो ब्रह्मगवी को अपना भोजन बनाता है वह ज़हरीले नाग का विष पीता है. अपमानित बुद्धि जीवी  उसे निस्तेज कर  देते हैं  और भड़की अग्नि से सब को सन्तप्त कर देते हैं

Rulers who believe in strength,  corner all wealth for personal gains, kill  sane voices  thinking that they are no  physical threat, and  banishes wise counsel , what they eat as food for their existence, is  but  a deadly potion that  engulfs the entire nation in fire of  an inferno. Such rulers earn hatred of every body.

य एनं हन्ति मृदुं मन्यमानो देवपीयुर्धनकामो न चित्तत् !

सं तस्येन्द्रो हृदयेSग्निमिन्ध उभे एनं द्विषो नभसी चरन्त्म् !! अथर्व 5/18/5

जो धन लोलुप जनता को मृदु मान  कर उस का अहित करता है, उसके हृदय में शोकाग्नि प्रज्वलित हो जाती है, और पृथ्वीलोक और द्युलोक के  सब निवासी उस से द्वेष करते  हैं

Greedy rulers who give importance to money, ignore and smother truth and the sane voices that oppose corrupt practices involved in  illegal amassing of personal wealth, by ignoring sane voices considering them   as soft and weak, do not realise that they stoking great violent fires.

न ब्राह्मणो हिंसितव्यो3ग्नि: प्रियतनोरिव !

सोमो ह्यस्म दायाद इ न्द्रो अस्याभिशस्तिपा: !! अथर्व 5/18/6

ज्ञान और  संस्कार  हिंसा के योग्य नहीं होते. वे तो कुशल राज्ञ  को चलाने वाली ऊर्जा प्रदान करते हैं .

राज्ञ मे ज्ञान और अच्छे संस्कारों के  बढाने के लिए राजा को सोमयाग करने चाहिएं

 Knowledge and wisdom are like a beating heart in human body.They sustain the very life of a Nation. Ruler is duty bound to protect and promote growth of knowledge and think tanks. (Perform Som Yagya)

शतापाष्ठां  नि गिरति  तां न शक्नोति नि:खिदन् !

अन्नं यो ब्रह्मणां मल्व: स्वाद्वद्मीति मन्यते !! अ‍थर्व 5/18/7

जो मलिन आत्मा प्रजा के शोषण को स्वादिष्ट भोज्ञ समझते हैं वे  अज्ञान से सेंकडो विपत्तियों  को मानो निगल  रहे हैं . वे असह्य दुर्गति को प्राप्त होते

These fools ( the short sighted rulers) who feast to enjoy  at the expense of public interests, do not realize that what they swallow down are not sweets but poisons with hundreds of  barbs, that will tear him  down.

जिह्वा ज्या भवति कुल्मलं वाङ्नाडीका दन्तास्तपसाभिदिग्धा: !

ते भिर्ब्रह्मा विध्यति देवपीयून्हृद्बलैर्धनुर्भिर्देव्जूतै: !! अथर्व 5/18/8

•      मूक वाणी ,विद्वत्ता तप और मन्यु से प्रेरित तेज युक्त  तीर  बन कर  अपने शत्रुओं  रूपि राजा को  वेधते हैं

The tongue of the voice less public becomes like bow from which are shot the destructive arrows of  public speech very destructive arrows sharpened by the  teeth of the public whose  voice  is ignored.

तीक्ष्णेषवो ब्राह्मणा ब्राह्मणाहेतिमन्तो यामस्यन्ति शरव्यां3 न सा मृषा !

अनुहाय तपसा मन्युना चोत दूरादव भिन्दन्त्येनम् !! अथर्व 5/18/9

तपस्या ,मन्यु से प्रेरित अद्रिष्ट तीक्ष्ण   अस्त्र  भावनाहीन राज्ञ व्यवस्था को दूर से ही अपने लक्ष्य पर जा कर उसे  बींध देते हैं

 The invisible missiles of the curse of   ignored sane voices of the learned persons forming public, never goes astray. They annihilate to shatter the insensitive rulers, from behind.

ये सहस्रमराजन्नासन्दशशता उत !

ते ब्राह्मणस्य गां जग्ध्वा वैतहव्या: प्राभवन् !!अथर्व 5/18/10

हज़ारो राजा थे,सेंकडों ने राज किया था. जिन्होने ब्रह्मगवी का भक्षण किया. अब उन सब का कोई नामलेवा नहीं है

 There were thousands of  rulers among whom hundreds usurped public wealth and turned deaf ears to wise counsel, they have all met with their fate.

गौरेव तान्हन्यमाना वैतहव्याँ वैतहव्याँ अवातिरत् !

ये केसरप्राबन्धायाश्चरमाजामपेचिरन्!! अथर्व 5/18/11

हत हुयी सद्परामर्श के अन्न की हवि से वंचित राजा की प्रबंध क्रिया शक्ति का विनाश हो जाता है.

राज्ञ का सुचारु  प्रबंध न कर पाने के कारण  उसका राजमुकुट छिन जाता है.

 Such  rulers are ultimately  destroyed by their own deeds  under  public pressures of gravely feeling the hurt of being ignored and exploited.

एकशतं ता जनता या भूमिर्व्यधूनुत !

प्रजां हिंसित्वाब्राह्मणीमसंभव्यं पराभवन् !! अथर्व 5/18/12

जनता ने सेंकडों ऐसे राजाओं को धूल में मिला दिया  जो प्रजा का शोषण कर के स्वयम भव्य जीवन चाह्ते थे

 Hundreds of such rulers are known to meet this end.

देवपीयुश्चरति मर्त्येषु गरगीर्णो भवत्यस्थिभूयान्  !

यो ब्राह्मणं देवबन्धुं हिनस्ति  न स पितृयाणमष्येति लोकम् !! अथर्व 5/18/13

(देवपीयु: ) देव भाव  का द्वेषी मनुष्य (मर्त्येषु गरगीर्ण : चरति, अस्थिभूयान्‌ भवति ) लोगों में विष पिये हुए की तरह फिरताहै और  उस की तरह  हड्डी हड्डी वापितरो के मार्ग ला हो जाता है  ।

(य:)ऐसा जो देवपीयु (देवबन्धुं   ब्राह्मण हिनस्ति ) दैव भाव के पालक ब्राह्मण  का हिंसन करता है(स: पितृयाणं लोकं अपि न एति) वह पितृयान (जिस में पितरों  के मार्ग से भौतिक  उन्नति के भोग और संयम पूर्वक  संतानोत्पत्ति से विस्तार और विकास  होता है) को प्राप्त नहीं करता ।

(देवयान – देवताओं के  मार्ग  में  आध्यात्मिक उन्नति और  ब्रह्मचर्य द्वारा आत्मिक तेज बढ़ता है )

अग्निर्वै न: पदवाय: सोमो दायाद उच्यते !

हन्ताभिशस्तेन्द्रस्तथा तद्वेधसो विदु: !! अथर्व 5/18/14

निश्चय से विद्वत्जन जानते हैं कि  यज्ञ  और सोमयाग ही  हमारे पथप्रदर्शक , दायित्व निभाने वाली संतान और शत्रुओं पर विजय प्राप्त कराते हैं.इस लिए यज्ञ और सोमयाग करना ही उचित है.

 Only remedy lies in highly organised intellectually driven positive public force to get mobilized in to action .

इषुरिव दिग्धा नृपते पृदाकूरिव गोपते !

सा ब्राह्मणस्येषुर्धोरा तया विध्यति पीयत: !! अथर्व 5/18/15

हे नृपति (राजा) इस गो रूपि पृथ्वी के पालक ब्रह्मवाणी  की उपेक्षा एक घोर हिंसक सर्पिणी की तरह  डंसती है
