 Global Happiness. AV6.123

1.   एतं सधस्थाः परि वो ददामि यं शेवधिं आवहाज्जातवेदः  ।

अन्वागन्ता यजमानः स्वस्ति तं स्म जानीत परमे व्योमन् । ।AV6.123.1

is similar in meaning to  Yaju 18.59

एतँ सधस्थ परि मे ददामि यमावहाच्छेवधिं  जातवेदा: |

अन्वागन्ता यज्ञपतिर्वोsअत्र तँ स्म जानीत परमे व्योमन || Yaju18.59

All must know that when learned individuals at one place participate in joint projects for addressing larger welfare issues (perform Yajnas) then their efforts are rewarded with immense bounties and riches like rain coming on them from heavens.

जब समाज में ज्ञानी  जन मिल कर संसार के कल्याण के लिए यज्ञ के द्वारा  दान,देव पूजा, संगतिकरण  करते हैं तब अधिकाधिक अपूर्व कल्याण की निधि प्राप्त होती है.

2.   जानीत स्मैनं परमे व्योमन्देवाः सधस्था विद लोकं अत्र  ।

अन्वागन्ता यजमानः स्वस्तीष्टापूर्तं स्म कृणुताविरस्मै  । ।AV6.122.2

similar in meanings to Yaju 18.60  

एतं जानाथ परमे व्योमन्‌ देवा: सधस्था  विद रूपमस्य |

यदागच्छात्‌ पथिर्मिदेवयानैरिष्टपूर्ते कृणवाथारस्मै ||  

All the heavenly bounties flow towards men participating in joint projects for addressing larger welfare issues (perform Yajnas) by following the right path and means. Only then their wishes come true and their efforts are rewarded with immense bounties and riches like rains coming on them from heavens.

जो जन सन्युक्त रूप से यज्ञवेदि पर यज्ञादि कर्मों से युक्त होकर देवताओं के दिखाए मार्ग पर चलते हैं, उन के यज्ञ के परिणाम स्वरूप उन की सब इच्छाओं की पूर्ती होती है.

3.   देवाः पितरः पितरो देवाः  । यो अस्मि सो अस्मि  । ।AV6.123.3

All the virtuous life values of my family, parents, grandparents, grand grandparents and further on, have formed my character. Thus for my virtues I owe it to my family tradition inculcated in me.

पितरों माता पिता पितामह और उंसे भी पूर्व के हमरी पूर्वजों में जो देवत्व गुण थे वही हमारे संस्कारों द्वारा हमारे देवता बने.मै जो भी हूं वह उन्ही देवत्व गुणों से बना हूं.  

4.   स पचामि स ददामि  ।स यजे स दत्तान्मा यूषं  । ।AV6.123.4

I cook whatever is His gift to me ( I do not exploit or kill for my food) , I give in charity whatever has been given to me by Him ( I share my food with all living beings) , I perform yajnas to share with all that has been given by Him to me, I pray that I should never depart from this style in my life.

मैं परमेश्वर के दान का ही भोजन ग्रहण करता हूं ,मैं उसी भोजन को समस्त जीव जन्तुओं को देता हूं. मैं  परमेश्वर की कृपा से ही यज्ञ  करता हूं. मेरी यह याचना है कि इन प्रवृत्तियों से मैं कभी पृथक न होऊं .  

5.   नाके राजन्प्रति तिष्ठ तत्रैतत्प्रति तिष्ठतु  ।

विद्धि पूर्तस्य नो राजन्त्स देव सुमना भव  । ।AV6.123.5

The nation should enjoy a heaven like peace and happiness. To establish such happiness in the nation development of these virtues in individual temperaments is the only strategy.

हे राजन्‌ राष्ट्र में स्वर्गमय  सुख स्थापित हो. राष्ट्र में इस स्वर्गमय सुख  को स्थापित करने का यही उपाय है कि सब जन उत्तम मानसिकता वाले हों.
